About Me
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, and I am also completing further training at the Metanoia Institute, a leading centre in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am actively engaged with the latest research and development in psychotherapy fields.

I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (no. 2011175204), and I abide by their code of ethics and professional practice. This means I attend regular supervision with a senior therapist, and develop my practice through seminars, groups and trainings known as Continuing Professional Development.

Previously, I studied at the Minster Centre, and I have experience working as part of an NHS team and at a low-cost counselling service, where I also work as an assessor.
I have volunteered in therapeutic roles with adolescents, and in my previous career, I worked in arts journalism.

I am a member of The Relational School.
